Terms of use
These terms apply to using the InstaMuse app and website.

Using InstaMuse
InstaMuse lets you create compositions from photos you select, save them and share them. Use the app in accordance with applicable law and these terms. You do not need to create an account.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the photos and compositions you create. Only use content that you own or are allowed to use, and obtain any permission needed from people depicted in it. Creating a composition does not give you rights to someone else’s photo. You are responsible for what you share and where you share it.
Free and bonus exports
The current app has seven free layouts and eight bonus layouts. Free exports may show occasional interstitial ads. A bonus export may be unlocked by an explicitly chosen rewarded ad for that composition. Closing an available rewarded ad before the reward is granted leaves it locked. Ad loading and presentation failures do not block export. Editing a bonus composition can require a new unlock. There are currently no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Local storage and availability
The app keeps a limited local collection, without an InstaMuse cloud backup or cross-device sync. Keep separate copies of important exports. Availability, layouts and ad delivery can change as the app evolves; your device, network and third-party services also affect functionality.
App and website materials
InstaMuse’s name, interface, code and website materials belong to their respective rights holders. Your use of the app does not transfer those rights. Sample artwork and demonstration photos are illustrative and are not user testimonials. InstaMuse is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, Apple or Google.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or sharing destination. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
Contact and updates
The publisher is Enzo Bianchi. Contact contact@instamuse.app for questions. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. Your mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected.
